Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Include the original box, tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return.
  3. Share images if requested for quality verification.
  4. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Do not ship products back without return approval.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product sent by us, return shipping charges will be borne by us.
  • For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (subject to stock availability).
  • Incorrect products received.
