Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include the original box, tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Not show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID and reason for return.
- Share images if requested for quality verification.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Do not ship products back without return approval.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product sent by us, return shipping charges will be borne by us.
- For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues (subject to stock availability).
- Incorrect products received.
